We offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on hand-crafted items. We guarantee that all hand-crafted items are authentic and individually made. As a result, items may vary slightly in color and/or size. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it, in like new condition, within 30 days with your receipt for a replacement or full refund, minus shipping and handling charges.
Due to the delicate nature of one of a kind faeries, returns are not available. All sales on these items are final.

Michigan residents, please add 6% sales tax to total purchase, including all shipping and delivery charges. Delivery: Most in stock items are shipped to arrive within 7-10 business days in the continental USA via USPS Priority Mail. Please allow extra time for hand-crafted items. International Shipping: We ship via USPS Airmail. Most items to most countries will ship for a flat rate of $20.00 US.
